You can also open Contact support in the SolaBox Me tab. If Mail is not set up on the device, the app copies the address and device details to the clipboard.

What to include

• What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
• Approximate time, and whether you were on Wi-Fi or cellular.
• Screenshots when they help, without sharing passwords or verification codes.
